We have over 38 years of experience working with custom projects for retailers, and scouring the globe for the best suppliers, systems, and methods. This means that we are well placed to offer unique expertise on how to bring your vision to life in a way that looks great, is practical, and is cost-effective to roll out.
In addition, we provide in-house production capabilities that include joinery and timber processing, metal fabrication, and powder coating. This enables us to service time-critical programs and is ideally placed to deliver specialist or lower volume projects that are difficult to source overseas.

Based on the initial consultation, the custom project specialist will work with our in-house design team to develop an initial concept.
At this time, we will take into account all factors that will contribute to the overall successful outcome of the project.
We will consider things like:
- Weight Capacities.
- One store location or regularly relocated?
- Fixed or Mobile?
- Ease of assembly, tool assembly, or tool free?
- And many more.
By the end of the design phase, we would normally provide three options for consideration by the client.
Presentation of our Designer’s initial concepts and findings. You can discuss with us any changes or improvements required. If required, the client can approve the production of a prototype sample of the concept item.
If applicable, we can provide a prototype of the custom project’s concept. Depending on the product, ADP can often produce a prototype rapidly using our extensive in-house fabrication capabilities.
Alternatively, a sample product will be sourced through our Overseas Sourcing team using our established network of Global Suppliers.
Subject to approval of the prototype or sample, ADP will provide a clearly documented proposal for the client. Then, an initial deposit will be requested on approval.
Depending on the product, manufacturing of the custom product will be carried out either internally at the ADP Store Fixtures facility, or overseas using our Global Network of established suppliers.
Local Manufacturing – Depending on the product, ADP Store Fixtures’ Perth facility has the capability to manufacture custom solutions involving joinery and metalworking/welding. This allows us to roll out your project in greatly reduced time, ensures that we maintain full control over the project lead times and communication.
Overseas Manufacturing – ADP Store Fixtures’ Overseas Sourcing division will arrange production through our established network of Global Manufacturing Partners, communicating with them to ensure product accuracy and quality, as well as lead time requirements, are met. For products manufactured in China/Taiwan, our dedicated ADP representative will visit the factory during production to ensure that our rigorous quality standards are maintained.
Packaging & Delivery
Once complete, ADP Store Fixtures’ logistics team will organise delivery to the client as per a pre-arranged delivery schedule. Our delivery programme provides you with the following options depending on project volume and lead time requirements:
- Container, LCL (Less than Container Load), or airfreight delivery direct to site/store.
- Container, LCL, or airfreight delivery direct to retailers’ warehouse.
- Delivery to ADP warehouses, to be prepared by ADP team and delivered to individual store locations.
- Delivery to ADP locations for time-critical delivery to individual store locations.
