How long will it take to receive my order?

We will dispatch all stock orders within 24 hours of order receipt. Orders up to 5kg are shipped using TNT Domestic Airfreight, meaning you will get your order within 2-3 days. Larger orders are shipped using Road Freight services, for delivery within 5-7 working days. For more information visit our ‘Nationwide Delivery’ page.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. If the product you ordered is in stock, you can collect from our warehouses in Perth and Adelaide. We would ask that you allow 2 hours from order receipt before collecting your order. For Sydney customers, please arrange a time to collect your order with our sales team, as this warehouse is open by appointment.

I need my order urgently. What can you do?

Call us. Our friendly sales team are experienced in meeting the urgent requirements of retailers and retail contractors Australia-wide. Our extensive network of freight providers allows us to give you an option that best suits your needs.

Can you send my order using my freight carrier?

Yes, if you have a preferred freight company to use please select the ‘Pickup’ option in the checkout and enter the name of your preferred carrier and the account number to use in the ‘Order Notes’ section. Alternatively call us on 1800 642 366 to arrange.

Can I get my product in a different colour?

Mostly the answer is yes you can. We offer powdercoating on most of our metal products including S-Mart Shelving, Slotted Systems and other fittings and accessories.
For products manufactured from MDF such as Plankwall board and Plankwall fixtures, as well as Timber shelves, we can create in any finish if it is available from the major Australian suppliers. Additional lead times, costs and minimum order quantities will apply. Contact us on 1800 642 366 for more information.

Is my order in stock?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If we are out of stock of a product, we will notify you and advise lead times on incoming stock or suggest alternative products if applicable.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email advising the shipping method and carrier used, and the consignment number of the shipment.
