With a newly refurbished store, IGA Kununurra proves that a remote town can still offer the best when it comes to their Supermarket. 

Before its refurbishment, IGA Kununurra was like many other neighbourhood supermarkets. Largely unchanged since opening in the 1980’s, the store was uninspiring with outdated decor and old, clunky fixtures. 

Fast forward to late 2023, and the refreshed IGA Kununurra is a great example of what can be achieved.

The goal of this project was to enhance the in-store shopping experience by upgrading the display fixtures. By integrating modern design, improved materials, and optimized layouts, we created visually engaging and efficient display systems throughout the store. The focus was on providing a great combination of everyday essentials and local specialty products tailored to the local audience. 

Recognising the vision and dedication of the new owners, ADP Store Fixtures delivered a complete shelving solution for the new store, meeting the tight deadlines required by the project. For the Supermarket area, the innovative ADP S-Mart Supermarket Shelving system was supplied with customised ‘Densed End’ units for the shelving ends. With it’s innovative design, ADP S-Mart Supermarket Shelving immediately delivers the perfect combination of style and functionality.

For the produce area, the produce bunks and end bay bins were supplied and are designed to keep fruits and vegetables neatly organized while ensuring ease of movement throughout your store, our bins provide both functionality and style.

For the checkout counters, we supplied the Tandem checkout, packed full of features to match the store design concept entirely.
