Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If the product we have supplied is faulty, incorrect, or in any other way unfit for the specified purpose, we will provide a 100% credit. Please ensure the below steps are followed to ensure prompt resolution of your query:

  1. Contact us within 14 days from receipt of your order.
  2. Send photos to sales@adpstore.com.au
  3. Provide the original Tax Invoice for the goods.

Once we have agreed to accept your request, we will provide a Request For Return (RFR) form with an RFC Number.

Please ensure that a completed RFR form is provided with goods.

We will arrange shipping of the faulty/incorrect goods to one of our warehouses.

Please ensure the following:

  1. Re-package goods suitably for transit.
  2. Advise us of accurate dimensions of the package/s to be returned.
  3. Place relevant labels/connotes provided by ADP onto each package as directed by the ADP team member handling your inquiry.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, or for any other reason no longer require product/s that we have supplied, you can return to us only if the below conditions are met.

  1. An ADP Store Fixtures team member is notified within 30 days of receipt of the order.
  2. The product is unused and is in its original packaging.
  3. A Request For Return (RFR) form has been completed and approved by the nominated ADP team member.


Change of Mind Returns will incur a 20% Re-Stocking Fee.

Return of goods to ADP Store Fixtures nominated warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be in the original packaging as noted above.

The following items will not be accepted for Change Of Mind return:

  1. Products that are not in the original packaging.
  2. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or modified in any way from their original form.
  3. Custom products.
  4. Products that have been cut-to-size as per customer request.
  5. Products that have been powder coated to customer request.
  6. Products that have in any other way been adjusted or modified to suit a customer’s specific application.
  7. Specific S-Mart Shelving Components (includes: shelves, back panels, base legs) that are not in original cardboard cartons, including where the product has not been supplied in cardboard cartons due to low volume (less than full carton) quantities.
  8. Freight charges will not be refunded.

All Request For Returns is assessed and approved at ADP Store Fixtures’ discretion. Do not return goods unless prior approval has been received by ADP Store Fixtures.
